Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your aquatic equipment ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to serve our global community of water athletes:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to some remote Asian regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as your performance in the water.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Email our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use this template:

  2. Package Your Items
    Return items in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. For swimwear, hygiene liners must be unremoved and in place.
  3. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene for our aquatic community, these items cannot be returned:

  • Opened Pool Care products (chemicals and maintenance items)
  • Personalized or custom-made Swim Gear
  • Items without original tags or hygiene protection (especially swimwear)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Exchange Policy

For size exchanges on swimwear or guard uniforms:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For our global community of water athletes (excluding some remote Asian regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
