Our Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, please return items in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. For swimwear, hygiene liners must be unremoved and in place.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and hygiene for our aquatic community, these items cannot be returned:
- Opened Pool Care products (chemicals and maintenance items)
- Personalized or custom-made Swim Gear
- Items without original tags or hygiene protection (especially swimwear)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Exchange Policy
For size exchanges on swimwear or guard uniforms:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
