Absolutely! We carry professional-grade swimwear and equipment designed specifically for competitive swimmers. Our Deck Equipment and Swim Gear sections feature products trusted by athletes worldwide.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to most countries! Our carriers reach pools and beaches worldwide, excluding only some remote areas in Asia and a few other locations. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your address.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after dispatch with premium tracking
  • Free Economy Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days with basic tracking
How long does order processing take?
Our San Diego team processes orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday begin processing the following Monday. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Can I expedite my shipping for an upcoming competition?
Competitive swimmers and aquatic professionals with urgent needs can email [email protected] for expedited shipping options. We’ll do our best to accommodate your training or competition schedule!

Payments & Pricing

Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?
International customers may be responsible for local duties and taxes, which vary by country. These fees are not included in your order total and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery. Check with your local customs office for estimates.

We regularly check our competitors to ensure we offer fair pricing on all our aquatic products. While we don’t have a formal price matching policy, we encourage you to contact us if you find a better deal elsewhere.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Swimwear must be unworn with original tags attached. Pool equipment must be in original packaging. Please review our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Economy Shipping (EMS), tracking may be more limited.
